It is for both cats and dogs.
Is it safe?
The refill is unscented: nothing for you to smell.
The diffuser complies with CE standards, and its material safety data sheet (MSDS) is available upon request.

Your questions
The essentials in 5 answers
How long does it take to see a difference?
Every animal reacts at its own pace. Generally allow one to two weeks: this is the time needed for the diffusion to settle in the room. Leave the diffuser plugged in for the entire duration of a refill before assessing the results.
How do I use it?
Screw the refill onto the diffuser. Then plug it into a wall outlet in the room where your pet spends the most time, ensuring it is unobstructed. When the refill is empty, replace it with a new one.
Does it work for dogs?
Yes. The diffuser is designed for cats and dogs.
Are there any side effects?
Feline pheromone diffusers are generally well tolerated. A clinical study published in 2023, conducted on 1,060 cats over 28 days, observed fewer adverse effects in the group using pheromones (7.4%) than in the placebo group (12.6%).
As with any product, individual reactions remain possible. If in doubt, unplug the diffuser and seek advice from your veterinarian.
Do we need to buy more refills?
Yes. A refill lasts about a month. To ensure you don't run out, we offer kits with multiple refills, which can be selected at the time of ordering.

Choose my diffuserWhy the environment matters so much to your pet
He marks the places where he feels comfortable.
By rubbing or rolling on his favorite spots, he leaves signals that tell him: here, everything is fine.
His behavior speaks for itself.
When his environment unsettles him, he does not complain: he changes his habits. A reassuring atmosphere helps him return to his own.
FAQ
All your questions
Can it be left plugged in day and night?
It is not recommended to leave it running continuously. Switch it off after a maximum of 8 hours of use, to allow it to cool down. Ideally: 5 to 6-hour cycles.
What area does a diffuser cover?
A diffuser covers up to 70 m². For optimal diffusion, place it in the room where your pet spends the most time, in an unobstructed wall outlet. For a large home or a multi-story house, several diffusers may be necessary.
I have a cat and a dog, what should I do?
The diffuser is suitable for both cats and dogs: you do not need to buy two different refills. Place it in the room where your pets spend the most time together.
Is it child-friendly?
Yes, the diffuser is safe to use around children and babies. The pheromones used are species-specific to animals and have no known effect on human behavior. As with any electrical device, keep it out of the reach of young children.
When should it be plugged in before a move?
Plug it in a few days before your departure, in the room where your pet rests: it will accompany them while you pack. As soon as you arrive, set it up in the first room you designate for them, before letting them explore the rest of the home.
Which plugs are provided depending on the country?
The diffuser is available with two types of plugs: the European plug with round pins (EU) and the American plug with flat pins (US). Choose the one that corresponds to your country when ordering.
